We stand behind PostureSense completely. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll refund you in full - no questions asked.
How to Request a Return
Step 1: Email us at support@posturly.co with your order number, the email address used for your purchase, and a brief reason for return (optional).
Step 2: We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the item back using the provided return label or any carrier of your choice.
Step 4: Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Details
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable)
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If your PostureSense arrived damaged or stops working within 90 days of purchase, email us with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund - your choice. You do not need to return the defective unit.
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery (except defective items under 90-day warranty)
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
